I visited the Cedars of God, a forest covered in cedar trees, which is the tree represented on the Lebanese flag. Before, the Lebanese mountains were home to thousands and thousands of cedar trees, but due to global warming, they are in decline, and continue to make their way up the mountains because of the climate. Lebanon has very strict laws regarding the cutting down of cedar trees.

In my recent trip to Lebanon, I went exploring through the mountains with my family. We reached the top of this one mountain in Laklouk, Lebanon, where we found this one woman living there along with her business.
GOAT HERDER

As I was driving down the mountains of Akoura, Lebanon, I noticed a literal mountain filled with goats. I couldn't help but stop on the side of the mountain to take some photos.
NOMADS

Nomads have settled in the mountains of Ehmej, Lebanon, setting up camp with their goats to make cheese and labne.
